Three men have denied charges in relation to the alleged kidnap and rape of a child.
- Sadak Ali, 27, of Foxton Road, Birmingham,
- Hamza Sharif, 35, of St Margaret’s Road, Birmingham,
- Jake Green, 23, of St Margaret’s Road, Birmingham, entered their pleas at the city’s crown court on Wednesday.
All three pleaded not guilty to a count of false imprisonment between 24 August and 27 August.
Mr Sharif, 35, denied further charges of kidnapping and rape of a child under 13, while Mr Ali, 27, also denied kidnapping, two counts of rape of a child under 13 and sexual assault of a child under 13.
Mr Sharif appeared via videolink from HMP Nottingham while Mr Ali and Mr Green, 23, stood in the dock.
Judge Peter Carr told the defendants their trial, which is expected to last between five and seven days, has been fixed for 2 February 2026.
All three men, who wore grey tracksuits, were remanded in custody.
